溝通關鍵原則

Key Communication Principles

多用「我」開頭:避免指責感,例如「我發現…」比「你總是…」更易接受。

Use "I" statements to avoid blame, e.g., "I noticed..." is more acceptable than "You always..."

結合肢體語言:微笑、點頭等動作可緩和語氣,讓反饋更溫和。

Combine with body language: Smiles, nods, etc., can soften the tone and make feedback gentler.
