Personal data will be posted, displayed or disclosed by Macau BOSS Human Resources on the website and in the store for visitors to consult, and the relevant data can also be used to assist government decision-making bureaus/departments in implementing relevant laws and regulations.
I hereby declare that all personal data/all information provided in this form and any attached documents are true, correct and complete. If there is any falsehood, the applicant must bear all legal responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria for foreign domestic helper
Employers who are interested in hiring domestic helpers must meet the following criteria:
1. Employers still have sufficient financial capacity to hire domestic helpers after deducting household expenses.
2. The domestic helper and the employer must sign a standard employment contract.
3. The employer shall not require or permit the domestic helper to engage in employment work for others during the domestic helper's stay in Macau and within the contract period.
4. The employer must undertake to pay the domestic helper a salary of not less than the prescribed minimum wage announced by the Macau government and valid on the date of application for hiring the domestic helper.
5. The domestic helper must work and reside at the employer's residence stated in the standard employment contract.
6. The domestic helper must be provided with a suitable and reasonably private accommodation.
7. The employer must be a Macau resident and have a professional blue card identity.
