📌 When caring for a baby, please keep these safety points in mind at all times:
1️⃣ Never out of sight 😱
✅ While bathing, changing, or cooking, never leave the baby alone
✅ When the baby is asleep or in the cot, make sure the safety rails and sideguard are locked
2️⃣ Small objects (choking risk)
✅ Put away coins, buttons, plastic bags, thin cords, and small toys
✅ Babies put things in their mouths — these are hidden traps
3️⃣ Electrical appliances & cords
✅ Cover the outlets and keep cords out of reach so the baby can't bite or pull them
✅ Power strips, fans, and heaters must stay away from the baby's play area
4️⃣ Falls from heights
✅ Never leave the baby on a sofa, table edge, or a bed without rails — even for one or two seconds
5️⃣ Store dangerous items away
✅ Cleaning agents, medicines, sharp knives, kettles, and plastic bags — lock them up or put them high
✅ Babies crawl and grab; keep these completely out of reach
6️⃣ Hot water / hot food
✅ Always test the bath water temperature first — never too hot
✅ Keep hot soup and hot cups away from where the baby can reach
7️⃣ Windows / balcony
✅ Fit window grills or safety locks; never let the baby out on the balcony alone
8️⃣ Toy safety
✅ Toys should be intact — no small detachable parts, no sharp edges
✅ Check toys regularly for damage
