📌 開學日開始，請跟住呢個節奏照顧小朋友：
1️⃣ 朝早展開（早啲起身，唔使趕）
✅ 提早叫醒小朋友，預足時間梳洗、食早餐
✅ 返學前檢查：書包、水壺、外套、功課有冇帶齊
2️⃣ 返學／放學接送
✅ 提早10分鐘到，寧早勿晚
✅ 過馬路要拖手，睇實紅綠燈
3️⃣ 放學後
✅ 先洗乾淨手，食個小點心補充能量
✅ 放學後開始做功課，唔好拖到夜晚
4️⃣ 做功課時間
✅ 每日固定時間做功課，坐定定，唔好邊做邊玩
✅ 唔識做嘅，先唔好出聲，等僱主返嚟處理（唔好亂教錯）
5️⃣ 洗手、食飯好習慣
✅ 飯前洗手係基本，定時食飯，唔好邊睇電視邊食
6️⃣ 夜晚收尾
✅ 依時沖涼、瞓覺，固定瞓覺時間，第二朝先有精神
✅ 睡前收好書包，執好第二日著嘅衫

📌 Starting from the first day of school, please follow this rhythm when caring for the kids:
1️⃣ Morning launch (wake up early, no rushing)
✅ Wake the kids up early, with enough time for washing and breakfast
✅ Before leaving: check the backpack, water bottle, jacket, and homework are all packed
2️⃣ School drop-off & pick-up
✅ Arrive 10 minutes early — better early than late
✅ Hold hands when crossing the road and watch the traffic lights
3️⃣ After school
✅ Wash hands first, then a small snack for energy
✅ Start homework right after coming home — don't leave it until the evening
4️⃣ Homework time
✅ Do homework at a fixed time every day, sitting still — no studying while playing
✅ If unsure how to do something, don't guess — leave it for the employer to handle when they get home
5️⃣ Handwashing & good eating habits
✅ Always wash hands before meals, eat at regular times, no eating in front of the TV
6️⃣ Evening wrap-up
✅ Bath and sleep on time — a fixed bedtime means a fresh start the next morning
✅ Pack the school bag before bed and lay out what to wear tomorrow
